Rolling Hill Road is a residential street in the Shane Lane neighborhood in East Billerica. It leaves Allen Road opposite Shane Lane and runs west for about 1,600 feet, with Kame Terrace branching from it. It was laid out on registered land in the second section of the Shane Lane subdivision, Land Court case 8039, on plans drawn by Noonan and McDowell, Inc. in May 1998 (Plans 8039-F and 8039-G), and the development was called Rolling Ridge Heights. The assessors date the houses on it to 1999 and 2000, apart from a house of 1976 at the Allen Road corner.

The annual spring town meeting of 2011, at its session of May 19, 2011, accepted "Rolling Hill Road for its entire length within the Rolling Ridge Heights Subdivision" as a public way, together with Kame Terrace, on the article of the Planning Board, and authorized the selectmen to accept gifts of the easements. The origin of the names Rolling Hill and Rolling Ridge Heights was not found.
